Earlier, I helped start the Al Jazeera Investigative Unit, built and maintained an Indymedia low-power community radio station, and worked on a chicken farm.

When I'm not soaking up the joys and beauty of life with my partner, kids, and dog, I'm out there advancing and advocating for our work.
